Ms. Mishra routinely supports clients in the matters of non immigrant visas especially for workers coming to the United States to perform temporary service or labor. She assists clients on several other visa matters like, students and trainee visas, visitors for business, visitors for pleasure, exchange visitors, and trainee visas. Ms. Mishra routinely communicates with various agencies specially Sate Workforce Agencies, J agencies, Department of Labor, US CIS, Department of State etc.
She deals with VAWA matters and Religious Workers visas and also assists clients in adjustment of status applications, asylum applications, removal defenses, 10 year and 3 year cancellation applications and other related matters.
Prior to coming to the United States, Ms. Mishra was an associate lawyer with a designated Senior Counsel at High Court of Delhi. She represented clients in matters relating to civil litigation, consumer cases, monopolistic and restrictive trade practices and other transactional matters. Ms. Mishra is a member of the Ohio Bar Associations. She is also licensed to practice in India.
